• Hey Loves!

It has been a little while since I’ve written a blog post.

    Maybe a month.

    Maybe two.

Honestly, I don’t even know exactly how long it has been, but I do know this: I have not been inactive.

I have been quiet… but I have been building.

And sometimes, that is exactly what a season requires.

Not every move has to be announced right away.
Not every idea has to be explained before it is developed.
Not every assignment needs a crowd before it becomes official.

Sometimes, God will have you working quietly behind the scenes, learning, creating, organizing, praying, doubting, trying again, and slowly becoming the woman, you kept saying you wanted to be.

    That has been me lately.

I have been in a season where I am learning how to show up differently. Not perfectly. Not loudly. Not with everything figured out. Just differently.

And one of the biggest things I have done during this quiet season is launch Digital Pins Academy.

    What Is Digital Pins Academy?

Digital Pins Academy is a community I created for women who want to learn how to use Pinterest, digital products, content creation, keywords, and online marketing in a way that feels simple, peaceful, and doable.

It is for the woman who knows she wants more, but does not want to feel overwhelmed trying to figure everything out by herself.

It is for the woman who has a business idea, a digital product, a service, a blog, a YouTube channel, or maybe even just a desire to start creating online — but she needs direction.

It is for the woman who is tired of feeling like she has to dance, post constantly, or be on every platform just to get noticed.

Because let’s be honest: building online can feel like a lot.

    There are so many platforms.
    So many strategies.
    So many opinions.
So many people telling you what you “need” to do.

But what I love about Pinterest is that it allows your content to work for you in a different way. It gives your ideas, your offers, your blog posts, your videos, and your digital products a place to be discovered.

And that is what I want to help women understand inside Digital Pins Academy.

    Why I Created It

I created Digital Pins Academy because I know what it feels like to want to build something while still living real life.

    Still working.
    Still mothering.
Still trying to keep your home together.
    Still healing.
Still figuring out what God is asking you to do in this season.

Sometimes we look at other people online and assume they have it all together, but many of us are building while tired. Building while learning. Building while healing. Building while trying not to talk ourselves out of the very thing God placed on our hearts.

That is why I wanted Digital Pins Academy to feel different.

    Not intimidating.
    Not confusing.
Not like another place where you feel behind.

I wanted it to feel like a space where women can come in, learn, grow, ask questions, take action, and be reminded that they can start right where they are.

Because you do not have to have everything perfect to begin.

You just have to be willing to start.

This Season Has Been Teaching Me Something

Launching Digital Pins Academy has taught me that obedience does not always feel glamorous.

Sometimes obedience looks like creating the module.
    Writing the post.
    Recording the video.
    Fixing the link.
    Updating the description.
    Learning the platform.
Trying again when something does not work the first time.

Sometimes obedience looks like showing up when you are unsure if anyone is paying attention.

And sometimes obedience looks like building something small and trusting God to breathe on it.

That part has been stretching me.

Because I am the kind of person who wants things to look right. I want the brand to feel right. I want the words to make sense. I want the visuals to match. I want the message to land the way I intended it to.

But I am learning that building with God does not mean everything will be perfect.

    It means I keep going.

    It means I keep listening.

It means I keep allowing Him to shape the vision as I build.

Digital Pins Academy Is Free to Join

One of the things I love most is that Digital Pins Academy is currently free to join.

Inside the community, I am creating resources, modules, and conversations around things like:

    • understanding your target audience
    • learning how keywords work
    • creating content with intention
    • using Pinterest to promote your offers
    • building digital products
    • organizing your ideas
    • showing up online with more clarity

There will also be paid tiers for women who want additional templates, deeper training, and more support, but the community itself is a place where you can come in and begin learning.

And that matters to me because I know everyone is starting from a different place.

    Some women already have products.
Some women are still trying to figure out what to sell.
Some women have a blog or YouTube channel and need traffic.
Some women are simply curious about digital marketing and want to learn.

Wherever you are, there is room for you to start.

If You Do Not Have a Product Yet

And if you are reading this thinking, “Okay, Christie, this sounds good, but I do not even have a product yet…”

    That is okay too.

You do not have to have everything figured out before you join.

Digital Pins Academy is a space where you can learn how digital products work, how Pinterest can support your content, and how to think through what you may want to create or promote.

And for those who do not currently have a product, I also share resources that can help you get started in digital marketing, including offers like Digital Wealth Academy, which gives you something you can learn from and potentially promote as you begin your journey.

Because sometimes the first step is not creating everything from scratch.

Sometimes the first step is learning the business model, understanding the strategy, and allowing yourself to see what is possible.

    I’m Still Building Too

I want to be honest: I am still building too.

I do not want to pretend like everything is finished, polished, and perfect.

Digital Pins Academy is growing. The content is growing. The vision is growing. And I am growing with it.

But that is the beautiful part.

Sometimes people wait until everything is “ready” before they start sharing what they are building. But I believe there is power in letting people see the process.

    The beginning matters.

    The small steps matter.

    The first members matter.

    The first modules matter.

    The first posts matter.

    The first version matters.

Because if we keep waiting for perfect, we may never obey.

A Reminder for the Woman Who Is Building Quietly

Maybe you are in a quiet season too.

Maybe people do not see what you are working on.
Maybe they do not understand why you are moving differently.
Maybe they think nothing is happening because you have not been posting as much, talking as much, or explaining as much.

    But let me remind you:

    Quiet does not mean stagnant.

    Quiet does not mean stuck.

Quiet does not mean God is not moving.

Sometimes quiet is where the foundation is being laid.

Sometimes quiet is where the vision gets clearer.

Sometimes quiet is where God teaches you how to build without needing applause.

And when the time comes, what you have been building in private will begin to speak for itself.

    You Are Invited

If you are a woman who wants to learn more about Pinterest, digital products, content creation, online business, and building with more clarity, I would love to invite you to join Digital Pins Academy.

Whether you already have a product or you are just getting started, this community was created with you in mind.

    Come learn.
    Come grow.
    Come ask questions.
    Come build with us.

I am excited for what God is doing, and I am grateful for every woman who has already joined the community.

    This is only the beginning.

What does life really look like when you’re approaching 40?

    Not the highlight reel…
Not the “I’ve got it all together” version…

But the real, in-between season where you’re juggling faith, family, a full-time job, and a calling that won’t let you stay comfortable.

This is where I am right now.

And if you’re here too… I want you to know—you’re not behind. You’re being prepared.

This Season Is Stretching Me (But It’s Also Growing Me)

As I step into this new chapter of life, I’ve realized something:

    Everything I’ve gone through…
Every challenge, every delay, every lesson…

    It wasn’t punishment.
    It was preparation.

God has been using my past to build the wisdom I need for right now.

And instead of resisting this season, I’m learning to lean into it.

As I step into this new chapter of life, I’ve realized something:

Right now, I wear a lot of hats:

    • Mother
    • Full-time accountant
    • Entrepreneur building a digital marketing business
    • Woman of faith growing spiritually

    And if I’m being honest…

    It can feel overwhelming.

There are moments where I wonder if I’m doing enough in each area… or if I’m falling short somewhere.

    But I’m learning this:

👉 I don’t have to do everything perfectly
👉 I just have to be a good steward over what God has placed in my hands

From 15-Year Career to Building Something New

I’ve spent 15 years working in banking.

And while I’m grateful for the stability, the experience, and the lessons…

I know this isn’t where my story ends.

    I’m stepping into entrepreneurship.
I’m building a digital marketing business.
I’m creating something that gives me freedom—financially and spiritually.

And instead of resenting my job…

I’m starting to see it differently.

    👉 It’s not a trap
    👉 It’s a stepping stone

    What I’m Working Toward Next

This next chapter is about alignment.

    • Growing my digital marketing business
    • Helping other women create income online
    • Completing my real estate license
    • Creating multiple streams of income
    • Building a life that reflects both faith and freedom

    I’m not rushing it anymore.

I’m building it the right way.

Taking Care of Me (Because I Matter Too)

One thing God has really been dealing with me about…

Is how I take care of myself.

Not just spiritually—but physically and mentally too.

    I’ve been:

    • Eating better
    • Being more intentional about movement
    • Paying attention to my mental health
    • Creating space to breathe

Because I can’t pour into everything and everyone else…
    and neglect myself.

    You’re Not Behind—You’re Being Prepared

    If you’re in a season where life feels full… stretched… uncertain…

    I want to remind you:

    ✨ You are not behind
    ✨ You are not late
✨ You are not doing life wrong

    You are being prepared.

And everything you’re carrying right now?

It’s building the version of you that can handle what’s coming next.

If this resonated with you, I’d love to stay connected with you on this journey 💕

Let me be honest with you.

    I didn’t always understand Pinterest.

I used to think it was just pretty pictures and recipes. I didn’t see it as a serious traffic strategy — especially for digital products.

But this is what I’ve learned.

Pinterest is not about being loud.

    It’s about being searchable.

And once I noticed that shift, everything changed.

    If you’re building a digital product…

If you’re tired of depending on social media…

If you want visibility without constantly showing up…

I want to share what I’ve experienced and what’s working for me.

Because if I can figure this out, you absolutely can too!

What I Learned About Pinterest (That No One Talks About)

    This is what I noticed.

Pinterest does not reward popularity the way Instagram does.

    It rewards clarity.

When I started focusing on clear “how to” titles and specific outcomes, my impressions increased. When I positioned my pins around problems people were actively searching for, I saw traction.

    It wasn’t overnight.

    But it was consistent.

    And consistency builds confidence.

How I’m Making Pinterest Work Without Social Media

I don’t want to feel pressure to post daily everywhere.

So this is what I do:

I treat Pinterest like a search engine.

I think about what my audience is typing into the search bar. Then I create pins that directly answer those searches.

That small shift — from “What should I post?” to “What are they searching?” — changed everything for me.

And it can change everything for you too.

How I’m Making Pinterest Work While Working Full-Time

    This part matters.

I’m not sitting at home with unlimited time.

So I had to build a structure that fits into real life.

    I batch create my pins.

    I schedule them.

    I repeat what performs well.

I stopped trying to reinvent the wheel every week.

And I noticed that when I simplified my process, I stayed consistent.

    You don’t need more time.

    You need a repeatable rhythm.

    What I Realized About Followers

I used to think I needed a big audience first.

But Pinterest doesn’t care about followers the way other platforms do.

    It cares about relevance.

That means even if you’re starting from scratch, your content can still be discovered.

When I realized that, it removed so much pressure.

You don’t need to be famous.

    You need to be searchable.

Why I Believe Pinterest Works for Digital Products

This is what excites me the most.

    Digital products are evergreen.

    Pinterest traffic is evergreen.

    That alignment makes sense.

When your pins are structured correctly, they continue circulating long after you’ve logged off.

    That’s not hustle.

    That’s stewardship.

And if God gave you something to create, I truly believe He also gave you wisdom to position it well.

Why I Created Profit Off Pins

    After testing.

    After learning.

After noticing what worked and what didn’t…

I realized most women don’t struggle with effort.

    They struggle with clarity.

So I put everything I’ve learned into Profit Off Pins — my step-by-step Pinterest system.

    It walks you through:

How I set up my Pinterest foundation

How I design pins in Canva

    How I structure keywords

    How I batch and schedule

How I connect traffic to digital products

It’s the exact process I’m using.

And I kept it at $27 because I believe strategy should be accessible — but still respected.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start…

I want you to know something.

    If I can learn this…

    If I can build this…

If I can test and adjust and grow…

    You can too.

    I genuinely believe that.

You don’t need to be louder.

You don’t need to be more techy.

You don’t need to go viral.

    You just need a plan.

If you’re ready for that next step, you can explore Profit Off Pins here:

    Profit Off Pins

    Pinterest isn’t magic.

    It’s strategy.

And I’m building it one intentional move at a time.

    You can too.

    I believe in you.

    Come Sit With Me, Sis

There are seasons where you feel called… but tired.

    Called… but overlooked.

Called… but still showing up to spaces that don’t fully see you.

If that’s you, I want you to know something: God sees you.

She Is Called to Create was created for women over 30 — wives, mothers, single mothers, and women navigating corporate spaces — who are building God-led lives and businesses while carrying real responsibilities.

This is not a podcast about perfection.

    This is about becoming.

When You’re Qualified but Still Overlooked

I know what it feels like to be consistent and still skipped over.

    To be faithful, yet overwhelmed.

To believe God while facing financial pressure, unstable relationships, and workplace adversity.

But here’s the truth I had to learn:

Being overlooked does not mean you are unqualified.

Sometimes God is protecting you, positioning you, and preparing you — all at the same time.

    Even Here

This season may not look like what you prayed for, but God is still present.

Even here in the job that drains you.

    Even here in the waiting.

Even here while the breakthrough feels delayed.

You don’t have to wait for everything to be perfect to create.

You don’t have to wait to be chosen to walk in confidence.

God can work with even here.

    Becoming HER (Me vs. Me)

I don’t compete with other women.

I only compete with me vs. me.

    Becoming HER means:

    Choosing discipline over distraction

    Prayer over panic

    Stewardship over avoidance

    Obedience over fear.

    You are not behind.

    You are becoming.

Stewarding What God Has Given You

    Stewardship is more than money.

    It’s how you steward:

    *Your time

Your energy, Your faith, Your creativity, Your ideas

    Your ideas are seeds.

And seeds require faith, patience, and care before they ever produce fruit.

    A Prayer for You

    Father God,

I lift up the woman reading this.

Remind her that she is not forgotten.

Give her peace where there has been pressure.

Clarity where there has been confusion.

And courage to steward what You’ve already placed in her hands.

We trust You — even here.

    What’s Next

This blog, this podcast, and every resource I share are intentionally aligned — my devotional, my tools, and my mentorship — all designed to help you create with God, not pressure.

She is called to create — even here.

If you’ve been looking for a community of like-minded women, I got you!

  • If you’ve ever felt like you’re behind — like everyone else started earlier, knows more, or has it more “together” — I want you to pause for a moment.

    You’re not late.
    You’re not failing.
    And you’re not disqualified.

Most of us don’t start because we’re ready. We start because we’re tired of feeling stuck.

For me, this journey didn’t begin with a big announcement or a perfectly mapped-out plan. It started quietly — with a desire to build something of my own while still showing up for work, life, and the responsibilities I already had.

What shifted everything wasn’t just learning about digital marketing — it was realizing that I didn’t have to wait until everything was perfect to begin building.

That’s when I stopped seeing myself as someone “preparing” and started seeing myself as someone in motion.

I’m currently building digital products — slowly, intentionally, and without pressure. I’m learning how systems work, how content connects, and how to create income in a way that aligns with my values and the season I’m in. Not overnight. Not all at once. But step by step.

And honestly? That pace has brought peace.

I’m no longer rushing to catch up or comparing my beginning to someone else’s middle. I’m learning how to steward what I have right now — my time, my creativity, and my willingness to try.

There’s something powerful about taking small, obedient steps instead of waiting for a grand moment. I’ve learned that clarity doesn’t always come before action — sometimes it comes because of it.

If you’re reading this while juggling work, responsibilities, and a quiet desire for more, I want you to know that building something of your own doesn’t require you to burn everything down. It can start quietly. It can start part-time. And it can start exactly where you are.

If you want to understand the foundation I started with and how I began learning the structure behind all of this, I shared more about that here.
    👉 (Link to Blog 2)

I’m sharing this journey not because I have everything figured out, but because I believe there’s value in showing the process — the learning, the building, and the becoming.

This season isn’t about rushing to the finish line.
It’s about honoring the step I’m on.

And if this resonates with you, maybe it’s not by accident 🤍

  • How Digital Products Support a Faith-Led Life

If building your business feels heavy, rushed, or overwhelming, it might be time to pause and realign.

There’s a reason digital products resonate so deeply with women who are building with faith at the center.

    It’s not just about money.

    It’s about stewardship.

    It’s about peace.

It’s about building something that supports your life instead of consuming it.

If you’ve been feeling pulled toward digital products but couldn’t quite explain why, this might bring clarity.

“Someone is Waiting on the Business YOU Haven’t Started Yet”

What “Create Once, Sell Forever” Really Means

When people hear the phrase create once, sell forever, they often assume it means instant success or effortless income.

That’s not the heart of it.

What it really means is this:

You build something once that continues to serve others without requiring your constant presence.

Instead of trading time for money every single day, digital products allow your work to keep working — even while you rest.

That kind of sustainability matters, especially when faith and family are priorities.

Why Digital Products Align With a Faith-Led Life

Faith-led entrepreneurship isn’t about hustling harder.

It’s about stewarding what God has placed in your hands wisely.

Digital products support this because they allow you to:

Serve many without burning out Build structure instead of chaos Create margin for rest, family, and obedience

God is a God of order, and systems create order.

    Click “here” to learn more

    Building Without Burnout Is Possible

Burnout often comes from doing too much, too often, with no end in sight.

    Digital products change that rhythm.

    Instead of:

Constant client work Endless content creation Feeling like you can’t take a break

You create something once and allow it to support your business long-term.

This doesn’t mean you stop showing up — it means you show up from a place of peace instead of pressure.

    Stewardship Over Hustle

Stewardship means managing your time, energy, and creativity with intention.

    Digital products allow you to:

Multiply your impact Protect your capacity Build something sustainable for the long run

This is not about doing less because you’re lazy.

It’s about doing less because you’re wise.

    Faith and Provision Can Coexist

Somewhere along the way, many women were taught that faith and income don’t belong in the same conversation.

But provision has always been part of God’s design.

When built with the right heart, digital products become a tool — not an idol — allowing you to:

    • Give generously
    • Support your family
    • Create stability without striving

    Start Small and Stay Obedient

You don’t need a full product suite to begin.

Your first digital product can be:

    • A simple guide
    • A checklist
    • A template
    • A short training

Obedience often looks like starting before you feel fully ready.

God doesn’t require perfection — He honors faithfulness.

    Create With Peace, Not Pressure

  • A Simple Guide for Beginners Who Feel Called to Start

If you’ve been feeling the pull to start something online but keep asking yourself, “What would I even create?” — you’re not alone.

This is one of the most common questions I hear from women who feel called to entrepreneurship but don’t want to rush, force, or build something that feels misaligned. And here’s the truth most people won’t tell you:

You don’t need a groundbreaking idea.
You need clarity, obedience, and a simple starting point.

Let’s break this down in a way that feels doable, peaceful, and aligned.

Start With What You Already Know

One of the biggest myths around digital products is that you have to be an expert.

    You don’t.

You only need to be a few steps ahead of the person you’re helping.

    Ask yourself:

    • What do people already ask me for help with?
    • What systems, routines, or lessons did I learn the hard way?
    • What comes naturally to me now that once felt overwhelming?

Your lived experience is valuable — even if it feels “ordinary” to you.

Digital Product Ideas That Are Perfect for Beginners

You don’t need to start big. In fact, the simplest products often sell the best.

Here are beginner-friendly digital products you can create without overwhelm:

    2. Templates

If you enjoy organizing or designing, templates are a great place to start.

    • Canva templates
    • Journals or planners
    • Content or workflow templates

Templates save people time, and time is valuable.

    3. Workbooks & PDFs

If you enjoy teaching or encouraging others, this is a natural fit.

    • Reflection prompts
    • Faith-based journals
    • Business or mindset workbooks

These allow you to guide transformation, not just share information.

    4. Mini Trainings or Tutorials

If you prefer explaining things verbally:

    • Short video trainings
    • Screen recordings
    • Walkthrough-style lessons

These don’t need to be fancy — clarity matters more than production.

What If I’m Still Not Sure?

If you’re stuck between ideas, here’s a simple rule that brings clarity every time:

👉 Create what you once needed.

    Think about a season when:

    • You felt confused
    • You were overwhelmed
    • You wished someone would explain it simply

    That gap you experienced?
That’s often where your first product lives.

    Faith-Based Entrepreneurship Starts with Stewardship

If you’re building with faith at the center, your business doesn’t need to be rushed or forced.

God is a God of order, not chaos.

Starting small isn’t playing small — it’s stewarding well.

    Sometimes obedience looks like:

    • Creating the first draft
    • Publishing before you feel ready
    • Trusting God with the results instead of perfecting the process

You don’t need clarity for the next five years.
You need obedience for the next step.

    Keep It Simple (This Matters)

One of the biggest reasons women don’t start is because they overcomplicate the process.

Your first digital product does not need:

    • A massive launch
    • A huge audience
    • A complex system

    It needs:

    • A clear problem
    • A simple solution
    • A heart to serve

    That’s it.

    Final Encouragement

If you’ve been waiting for permission to start — consider this it.

    You are capable.
    You are equipped.
And you don’t have to figure it all out today.

    Start with what you know.
    Create something simple.
    Trust God with the growth.

  • Hey Loves!

I wanted to take a moment to share something with you all. Today, I worked from home. I was in great spirit, almost peaceful as I entered my kitchen to prepare a quick breakfast.

As I say here, thinking, I was reminded that there is just something so powerful about waking up encouraged.

    Not rushed.
    Not anxious.
Not overwhelmed by everything you “should” be doing.

    Just… encouraged.

When that happens, it’s usually a sign that you’re aligned.
    Not forcing.
    Not chasing.
    Not second-guessing every step.

You’re simply creating from a place of clarity and confidence — and whether you realize it or not, it shows in your work.

Encouragement Is a Signal, Not an Accident

So many women think motivation has to look loud or intense.
    But encouragement is different.

    Encouragement feels steady.
    It feels peaceful.
It feels like quiet confidence instead of pressure.

And when you wake up feeling encouraged, it’s often because you’re finally moving in a way that honors who you are and where you are — not who you’re trying to keep up with.

    That’s alignment.

What to Do When You’re in This Flow

When you feel this kind of clarity, don’t overthink it.
This is not the moment to slow yourself down with perfectionism. This used to be one of my concerns.

    Instead:

    • Create while the inspiration is fresh.
Don’t wait for the “perfect” time. Flow is a gift — use it while it’s here.
    • Don’t over-edit yourself.
What feels simple to you might be exactly what someone else needs.
    • Let it be good, not perfect.
Progress doesn’t require pressure. It requires permission.

This is how sustainable businesses are built — not through burnout, but through rhythm.

    Light Doesn’t Mean Lazy

    Let’s be clear:
Building something that feels light doesn’t mean you’re not serious.

    It means you’re wise.

It means you’re learning to work with your energy instead of against it.
It means you’re choosing systems over stress.
It means you’re honoring your calling without sacrificing your peace.

    And that kind of approach?
    It lasts.

    Ride the Creative Wave

If you’re in a creative season right now — ride it.

    Create.
    Write.
    Design.
    Dream.

You don’t need to rush it, explain it, or justify it.

Just keep moving in the direction that feels intentional and true to you.

Because when your work is rooted in clarity instead of chaos, it carries a different kind of power — and the right people will feel it.
